
Learning to move more spontaneously can help with our yoga practices in such a great way. Start by chanting Om repeatedly for several minutes. Then get onto all fours in the Cat-Cow Pose and move your hear toward your rear and your rear toward your head.
Move freely. Follow the Cat-Cow Pose, go into Down Dog Pose and bend at your knees one at a time and let your hips sway freeing. Now you are prepared.
Get up and dance. Move free, and don't worry about how silly you may look. As long as your body is free of movement in every way. Don't really do steps, move naturally where ever your body takes you.
Incorporate this with your regular yoga practice and it will help you feel more joyful all around.
